本日わが校で来年度に向けての人事発表があった。
来年は幾分か面白くなりそうだ。もっと忙しくなるとは思うのだが。

私はこの時期が好きだ。
なぜなら、次は誰と一緒に働くのか、何を担当するのかを知ることは期待に胸が躍るから。

わが校では時には教員どうしの関係が壊れていて、仕事の効率を著しく下げる。
私はこの間、いろんな人とできるだけ良い関係を築くよう努めてきた。
今手がけていることにはたくさんの先生方の協力が必要なのだが、
みんな協力的だ。きっと成功するだろう。これが来年につながるはずだ。
快い協力には、心から感謝である。



Today, the personnel appointment of the next school year was announced.
Next year will be a little bit more interesting and maybe I have to work even harder.
I like this period of a school year because it is always exciting to know who I will work with and what I will be in charge of.
   
In our school, it can sometimes be seen that some teachers are on seriously bad terms with each other.
This deteriorates the efficiency of our work.
I have been trying to build good relationships with teachers and I consider I will be successful in one thing. 　

Many teachers answered yes to my request.
This will be a great progress toward next year's success.
I really appreciate their cooperation.
